We take a 360 degree view of the GuestAssist service -- and although we all see the service from a different perspective, we share the goal of elevating a customer's experience.

Allison Gower - CEO & Co-Founder
Allison trained as a brand communication specialist with various packaged goods companies including SmithKline Beecham Consumer Products, BASF and Sara Lee. She focused her career on product development and specialty brand communication programs.
In addition to her duties at qtags, Allison has founded an ecologically friendly packaging company - The Platform Group Gallery - that serves the promotions industry. Allison volunteers for Pink Ribbons Project, an organization using the arts to help save lives and improve quality of life for those with breast cancer. Allison also volunteers for Communities in Schools Houston, an organization that for over 30 years has been surrounding students with a community of support, empowering them to stay in school and achieve in life.
Allison lives in Houston, Texas with her family and is a mom to two young children.

Jeremy Konko - President & Co-Founder
During his career, Jeremy has participated in leadership roles in a series of successful enterprises representing a variety of industries ranging from apparel, fuels and chemicals to packaging and technology. He currently serves as President at Qtags, a mobile communications solutions provider.
Prior to founding Qtags in 2005, Jeremy served as President of Quaadros Technologies and VP of Business Development for HiddenMind Technologies. Early in his career, Jeremy served on active duty in the military as a Surface Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy after earning his bachelors degree at Duke University. Jeremy also earned his MBA from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill.
Jeremy now lives in Houston, TX with his family.

Kristopher Tyra - Chief Technology Officer
Kristopher's technology background includes breakthrough innovations in wireless and mobile technology and software. A skilled strategist, tactician and problem-solver, Kristopher is adept in growing organizations in highly competitive markets. He recognizes opportunities in the marketplace and acts quickly to capitalize on them. His record of successes highlights the creation and growing of startup companies in the software industry.
He built a company from an initial investment of $50 thousand to an organization valued at $80 million. Kristopher has also secured two U.S. patents for technology that he has developed. Kristopher has held top-level positions with HiddenMind Technology, Infowave and Microsoft. Most recently, he served as VP, Research & Development at Visual Network Design.
Kristopher holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from North Carolina State University.
