HWDSB plans to launch a pilot program Feb. 27 at six schools using the latest mobile technology to encourage anonymous reporting of bullying and other incidents that may lead to unsafe conditions at our schools.

The Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board hopes to launch the TipOff app for iPhone and Android phones sometime this month. The app, which is new to Ontario, makes it easier and more convenient for students to report when they're bullied.
